When this warranty nears its end, you can extend its protection by choosing an extended warranty, also known as a Vehicle Service Agreement (VSA). All repairs covered by your VSA choice are performed by Mazda-trained technicians using only Mazda-approved replacement parts. This ensures your vehicle receives the high-quality repair it deserves. All components used in a repair carry a warranty. In addition, our labor is also covered by a warranty to give you complete peace of mind. Your vehicle can also be repaired at any Toyota dealer in the US.
Three Options To Choose From
Mazda offers options for everyone. Some drivers may want a basic plan that covers your vehicle’s essential systems, while others want complete coverage. You can choose from the Powertrain, Gold, or Platinum plans for coverage, then specify the plan duration and deductible you want. Let’s look closer at the plan details.
Powertrain VSA
This plan covers your engine, transmission, and front or rear wheel drive systems. If you have a hybrid, it also protects its unique drive system and components. All covered systems and components are detailed in the service agreement.
Gold VSA
This plan includes everything in the Powertrain VSA and also protects your suspension, fuel system, steering, and cooling system components.
Platinum VSA
As the ultimate plan, everything in the VSAs above is protected, and coverage is extended to your electrical system, climate control, navigation system, audio system, and high-tech equipment. More than 1,100 components are protected in total.
Complimentary Benefits
Whichever plan you choose, you receive several benefits during the plan duration. These include: roadside assistance, substitute transportation, and travel protection.
Roadside Assistance
If you have a problem on the road, help is just a phone call away. Dedicated technicians are available 24/7/365 and will assist you with services like jump-starting, tire replacement (you must have a spare tire), lock-out assistance, and emergency fuel delivery of up to three gallons two times a month.
Substitute Transportation
If your Mazda can’t be driven due to a covered repair, you’ll receive up to $50 per day for up to five days toward a rental car.
Travel Protection
